PURE CARBON FOREVER

OUR DIAMOND ORIGIN
Nestled where the world's 90% Diamonds
gets polished, the center of Surat's beautiful Diamond facility for cutting and polishing, ELGA use stones that are made by crystallizing
greenhouse gas into a rough diamond
using zero-emission solar energy.

DESIGNED IN CANADA
WE DON'T CLAIM a zero carbon footprint.
We understand that any creation will have a carbon footprint. At ELGA, we make sure very little energy is used per carat, seven times less than what mining requires.
Canadian ingenuity & craftsmanship at work.

PERFECTLY CUT
We always cut to perfection, for maximal SHINE.
Our master cutters come from Diamond City Surat with four generations of diamond cutting expertise & history.
Our team members even included the cutter with 40+ years of experience in cutting and polishing.

WE ARE PRODUCERS
We tell you the names of all cutters & polishers involved in your diamond.
Many team members have been with us for a decade and longer.

CUSTOM CUT BY ELGA
In the industry, we are offering custom-cut diamonds; we make it easy to cut & polish a pristine piece of rough to a bespoke diamond for you.
Any diamond shape & size.
EACH DIAMOND IS UNIQUE
The creators at ELGA are trying hard, but crystals never grow perfectly. There are always inclusions and varied growth patterns. It's the nature of diamond growth!

GIA/IGI DIAMOND GRADES - CERTIFIED
In the diamond industry, labs such as GIA and IGI grade with 4C consistency.
We use science-based metrology and 10x data points for each carat polished, before GIA/IGI issue 4C diamond grades for diamond. And we actually offer complete warranties and guarantees.

LAB-GROWN = NO MINING
Nothing is romantic about mining.
Mining has a great environmental footprint.
Natural Diamonds in Earth are abundant, but supply and price are controlled by the diamond mining industry. That's why people have this feeling when buying mined diamonds: feeling fleeced.
Mining activities result in an "extraction of wealth from land that paradoxically does not produce wealth for the local populations who remain poor."
